Witness Protection Program / En Makom Leomanut

A 2 track techno single (12m 19s) — released July 16th 2021 on Witness Protection Program

WPP stands for Witness Protection Program, a space for artists to bathe in anonymity. To release music that they wouldn't be able to release otherwise. It's an evolving entity With Patience and Persistence.

Troels Yuri is the second artist on the WPP label. He has never been to Sweden nor Russia, but he likes the idea of cold weather and short, dark days.

Witness Protection Program is perhaps the first theme song for the label.

En Makom Leomanut (No Place for Art, in Hebrew) is a deep dive into an ocean of contradictions. It features the vocals of Olugbenga Adelekan, normally the bass player for Metronomy. He was asked to sing the lyrics in a language he does not speak nor understand, to give the track a sense of eeriness.

Both releases are great, will play for sure - Sean Johnston ALFOS
